These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thrive with Smriti website at https://www.thrivewithsmriti.comand any workshops, coaching, or bootcamp services I provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using my website or Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of My Website
You agree to use my website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it.
2. Bookings & Payment
Workshop, coaching and bootcamp bookings are confirmed once a signed proposal or order form is returned and, where applicable, a deposit is received. Pricing and program details are provided in your individual proposal and take precedence over any general description on this website.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your individual service agreement or proposal. Absent a specific agreement, I require at least 14 days' notice to reschedule a confirmed workshop without a rescheduling fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, curricula, templates and content provided by Thrive with Smritiremain my intellectual property. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials internally for their own team's professional development, and may not resell or redistribute them without written permission.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
My Services are provided on an “as is” basis. I make reasonable efforts to ensure my content and coaching are accurate and useful, but I do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive with Smriti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of my website or Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
7. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
